We’re delighted to announce that we partnered with Hooded Horse to publish Against the Storm. They focus on strategy and RPG games – which happen to be our two favorite genres. Recently, they released Old World on Steam and have plenty of exciting games coming in the future (Fata Deum, Falling Frontier).

Although we didn’t really plan to find a publisher and turned down multiple offers, Hooded Horse charmed us with their approach and values. I think ReneeSky’s tweet perfectly sums up what we feel:

We consider them an extension of our team and have no doubt this partnership will profit everyone involved, including you – our community.

Hooded Horse will help us promote the game to reach a broader audience of players while we will maintain full control over the game’s development. No one will stop us from reworking the entire interface a couple more times! I’m kidding, don’t worry.

From your (the player’s) perspective, I don’t expect much will change. Hopefully, you’ll start seeing more Against the Storm over the news and more people joining our community.
